Michael Wacha was on his A-game on Friday night. Wacha threw seven innings of four hit ball while giving up no earned runs and piling up seven strikeouts.
Fantasy Impact:
Before tonight, Wacha was searching for some consistency in his game. Over the previous three games, Wacha totaled 13 earned runs in 17 innings, so it's nice to see him come out firing in this one. This game should give owners a little more confidence in Wacha moving forward because before his little cold spell, he was pitching lights out.
