Adam LaRoche is hitless on Wednesday, but the White Sox still won in extra innings. LaRoche went 0-for-4 against the Rays.
Fantasy Impact:
Adam LaRoche has been somewhat better recently, but over the last month he is hitting .178 with an OPS of .439. He has been inconsistent to say the least and hitting below his career averages. At this pace, LaRoche will be lucky to hit more than 15 HR. He has value as a bench player because of his long ball ability, but has little value in daily and shallow leagues.
