Pablo Sandoval leaves game with jammed thumb

Pablo Sandoval left Friday's game with swelling in his left thumb, the Providence Journal's Brian MacPherson reports. He has apparently jammed the thumb several times, and it is not clear if he will be forced to miss further time. (Brian McPherson on Twitter)
