CC Sabathia may be headed to the DL

After exiting Sunday's start early against the Indians, CC Sabathia had been scheduled to get an MRI done on his right knee and is expected to be placed on the DL. Immediately after reaching back and throwing a 91 mile per hour fastball, the staff came out to get Sabathia in the third inning with two outs. (Andrew Marchand on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
This is not the best news for Sabathia owners, however the veteran lefty was not exactly having a good season to begin with. The Yankees will now stick with a five-man rotation, after previously announcing that it would become a six-man with Michael Pineda returning this week.
