Tuesday against the White Sox, Boston starter Wade Miley surrendered five earned runs on 13 hits and one walk over 6.2 innings. Miley also recorded three strikeouts. The loss brings Miley's record to 10-10 on the season.

You should never get mad at a duck for quacking, because that's what ducks do. Similarly you can't get mad at Wade Miley for giving up hits, because that's what Wade Miley does. Especially once Miley crosses that 100 pitch mark which he did in the seventh inning of Tuesday's loss when he surrendered three of his five ERs.
