Alex Wood allowed two earned runs in six innings

Alex Wood pitched a solid six innings Sunday night. Unfortunately, it wasn't good enough as Jake Arrieta no-hit the Dodgers offense. On the night, Wood allowed two earned runs, eight hits, walked one, and struck out seven. 80-of-116 pitches were thrown for strikes.
Fantasy Impact:
The only blemish for Wood on the night was a first inning home run to the Cubs Kris Bryant. Wood could be getting comfortable in his new LA surroundings, as he's allowed two or fewer earned runs in his last two starts. He could be a fantasy asset down the stretch run because of his funky delivery.
