Colby Rasmus nabs a double in Tuesday loss

Shifting between both left and right field during Tuesday evening’s 7-5 loss to the Seattle Mariners, Colby Rasmus went 1-for-4 with a double and a fieding error that allowed him to reach third base. He also tallied a fly out and a pair of strikeouts in the game. Rasmus has dipped his average down slightly to .227 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
It was a little upsetting to have Rasmus be robbed of a triple, since he showed great judgement in running the base paths. However, the veteran outfielder is certainly expected to make more plays like this as the season winds down. Fantasy holders will certainly want to keep an eye on Rasmus coming down the stretch.
