Logan Forsythe continues to rake as Rays fall in extras

by Mike Werner | Thu, Sep 3rd 5:17am EDT

In the starting lineup one day after leaving because of groin tightness, Logan Forsythe went 3-for-3 with two doubles and two walks as the Rays couldn't hold off the Orioles, losing an 11-inning affair 7-6 Wednesday night.

Fantasy Impact:

Forsythe continues to be a stud, even when dealing with an injury. He has three-straight games with three hits, and has brought his season line up to a robust .291/.367/.456 with 15 home runs, 53 RBI, and nine stolen bases in 461 at-bats. The Rays MVP has been a revelation to the organization, and to fantasy owners in 2015, and there's no reason for it to stop going into the home-stretch here. In Forsythe we trust.
