Glen Perkins out indefinitely with back issues

Twins closer Glen Perkins is out indefinitely as he continues to deal with back spasms. It got so bad that the RP wasn't able to get out of bed recently. (LaVelle E. Neal III on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
It's unclear how things escalated to this point, meaning a return is not on the horizon. With the Twins still very much in the Wild Card hunt, they could try to push for Perkins return. However, considering his drop off in the second half, a return to pitching may not guarantee a return to the closer role. In his absence, Kevin Jepsen will continue to fill in.
