Carlos Gonzalez has been on a torrid pace recently but he was cooled off on Saturday against the Giants starter Jake Peavy. Gonzalez went 0-for-3 with a walk.
Fantasy Impact:
Gonzalez had hit five home runs over his past three games before today. This game should only be a small setback and one would expect Gonzalez to come out swinging in his next game. He is tied for the NL home run lead with teammate Nolan Arenado at 36. If you can afford him in your daily fantasy lineups, he should be in your lineup every single game from here on out.
