Keeping at center field during Wednesday evening's 11-5 victory over the Oakland Athletics, Carlos Gomez went 2-for-4 with his 11th home run of the year and a double. He also tallied a pair of pop outs and was also hit by a pitch. Gomez has bumped his average up to .255 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
This was an outing sorely needed by Gomez. Making all the plays and hits that the veteran outfielder did will certainly provide a confidence booster for the coming weeks. Fantasy holders can continue to do with Carlos Gomez what they wish.
