Pablo Sandoval back in action on Friday

Sandoval (back) is in the lineup Friday, Scott Lauber of the Boston Herald reports. Sandoval tweaked his back during Wednesday's game, but he checked out fine after meeting with team doctors and was the beneficiary of a day off Thursday. Sandoval is back at his usual third base spot Friday, and he'll bat sixth in the order. (Scott Lauber on Twitter)
