Matt Holliday hit on head by pitch

In just his second pinch hitting appearance since returning from the DL, Holliday was struck in the head by a pitch from Cubs pitcher Dan Haren. Holliday was then removed from the game for a pinch runner. Reports are that Holliday has passed all concussion tests and should be okay. (Ryan Boyer on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Holliday has been limited to pinch hitting since his return from the DL for his quad injury. Holliday is still unable to play the field and run the bases at 100%. Expect Holliday to continue to fill a pinch hitting role until he is more comfortable running at full speed.
