Jay Bruce goes deep in win over Brewers

The Reds improved to 62-84 on the season with a 5-3 win over the Brewers on Friday. Jay Bruce went deep in the contest and finished 1-for-3 with two walks and a strikeout. The home run was Bruce's 22nd of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Bruce's average, on-base percentage and OPS are are below his career averages. Bruce can still supply some decent power numbers, but owners must consider if that's worth his poor performance in other areas.
