Tim Hudson solid in eighth win of season

San Francisco Giants SP Tim Hudson threw six innings of shutout ball earning his eighth win of the season against the Arizona Diamondbacks. He gave up four hits, walked three, and struck out three in a 5-1 win for the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
The 40-year-old has finished the season much better than he started. With the shutout, he lowered his ERA to 4.20 and evened up his record at 8-8. Hudson has pitched 12 2/3 innings in September and has only given up two earned runs on nine hits.
