Colby Rasmus banks 3 RBI in Sunday win

Manning left field during Sunday afternoon's 5-1 series victory over the Oakland Athletics, Colby Rasmus went 2-for-4 with his 20th and 21st home runs of the year to drive in three total runs. He also tallied a line out and a strikeout in the game. Rasmus has made a nice jump in his average, up now to .237 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
For a little Emmy humor, the award for team hero in this past game most certainly goes to Rasmus. The veteran outfielder came into a serious offensive breakout at the plate. Such playing will be needed by the team as the season winds down. Fantasy holders may want to rethink Rasmus over the next little while.
