Brett Anderson allowed five earned runs, 10 hits (two home runs), walked one and struck out one in 4 2/3 innings Monday night against the Arizona Diamondbacks. 44-of-67 pitches were thrown for strikes.
Fantasy Impact:
Before Monday night's start, Anderson had not allowed more than three earned runs in his prior six starts. The soft-tossing lefty is prone to the occasional blowup as he mainly pitches to contact.
