Red-hot Adrian Beltre closed out his torrid September by going 2-for-4, including a home run, in the Rangers 6-2 win over Detroit on Wednesday. Beltre hit a two-run homer in the first and also doubled raising his season average to .283 and his RBI total to 74.
Fantasy Impact:
We've been mentioning since the All-Star break how Beltre has at times carried the team. Owners who stuck with him after a slow start have been reaping the rewards.
