Shifting between both left and center field during Saturday evening’s 6-2 series victory over the Arizona Diamondbacks, Colby Rasmus went 3-for-4 with his 24th and 25th home runs of the year and another single. While also tallying a strikeout, Rasmus has held to a solid and steady .240 average on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
The power that Rasmus has been known to display was at its seasonal peak in this past outing. The hope is that this streak by the veteran outfielder will bleed over into a post season run. If his career numbers are any indication, it most certainly will. Fantasy holders should probably keep track of Rasmus going forward.
