Jonathan Broxton signs two-year deal with Cardinals

Relief pitcher, Jonathan Broxton has signed a two-year deal worth $7.5 million with the Cardinals. The contract includes a full no-trade clause. (Jon Heyman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Broxton was acquired by the Cardinals in a trade with the Brewers during the 2015 season. In 23 2/3 innings pitched with the Cardinals, Broxton had a 2.66 ERA in 26 relief appearances. Broxton will help fill a setup role for the Cardinals again in 2016.
