Bronson Arroyo signs with Nationals

Arroyo, who missed all of last season because of Tommy John surgery, has signed a minor-league contract with the Nationals including an invitation to spring training. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Arroyo will turn 39 years old in February and will try to crack the Nationals starting rotation this spring. If he pitches well enough to earn a spot in the rotation he could be worth a late-round flier in fantasy drafts due to his potential for wins with a decent ERA and WHIP.
