Howie Kendrick has re-signed with the Los Angeles Dodgers for two years and 20 million pending a physical exam. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
This is a significant upgrade for the Dodgers who were likely turning to the aging Chase Utley if this move wasn't made. Kendrick missed more than a month last year with a hamstring issue, but when healthy he is a consistent bet for a .290+ average, and will just approach double digits in homers and stolen bases. Kendrick is a low-upside, high-floor player that can be had in the middle rounds, with a solid lineup around him.
