Aaron Hill to get first chance at Brewers third base job

by Brad Richter | Tue, Feb 23rd 11:41am EST

Brewers manager Craig Consell said on Monday that he will look to Hill as the team's primary third baseman to start the season. Hill was acquired from Arizona prior to the season in the Jean Segura trade. Hill has primarily been a second baseman in his career but did play 38 games at third base for the Diamondback last season. (Milwaukee Journal Sentinel)

Fantasy Impact:

The 33-year-old, Hill, will be one of the few veterans on a team that is in the rebuilding process. Hill should only be considered in NL-only and deep mixed leagues. Fantasy owners can expect Hill to get around 400 at-bats with about a .240 batting average and 8-12 home runs this season.
