Homer Bailey threw live batting practice on Monday. The session included 30 pitches, and Bailey noted that he felt good following BP. (Cincinnati Enquirer)
Fantasy Impact:
This is the latest step in Bailey's recovery from Tommy John surgery. He has a few more hurdles to get over before he's pitching in minor league games. The goal for Bailey is a May return to the majors. Considering he'll be pitching for a losing team in a hitter's park coming off TJ surgery, his upside could be limited this season despite the ability he's shown in the past.
