Cole Hamels sharp in final spring tune-up

Cole Hamels allowed just two hits and one run over five innings of work to lead the Texas Rangers to a 5-1 win over the defending World Series champion Kansas City Royals today. Hamels struck out five and did not walk a batter in his best outing of the spring.
Fantasy Impact:
Hamels rebounded after his last start when he surrendered five hit and four runs against the Padres. He is all set to start the season opener next week against King Felix and the Mariners.
