Denard Span impresses as a Giant

Even though Denard Span got only one at-bat in the last game of the series against the Brewers, in which he struck out, he had plenty to say in game one and two. In his Opening Day start for his new team, Span went 2-for-4 with one home run, two runs and five RBI. In game two, he stole a base while going 1-for-4.
Fantasy Impact:
Span is a notch above Angel Pagan in fantasy services, and has a .333 batting average so far. He will also be the Giants leadoff hitter. He should be owned in almost all leagues to deepen your bench.
