Daniel Murphy finished 2-for-2 with a run and two walks in four plate appearances on Sunday in a 4-2 Nationals' win. Murphy ranks second in the National League in OPS through four games, posting a 1.534 OPS.
Fantasy Impact:
Although it is an extremely small sample size, Murphy has three multi-hit games in four games, clubbing three extra-base hits and knocking in five runners. On top of his slugging, Murphy also has walked five times, showing plate discipline that shows his stability for the season. A ridiculous NLCS in 2015 brought Murphy's name among the biggest sluggers in the history of the game and, even if he cannot reach those heights in 2016, he has top-10 2B potential.
