Martin Prado goes 1-for-3 with one RBI on Monday

by Mike Kudlacik | Mon, Apr 18th 11:43pm EDT

Martin Prado filled up the stat sheet on Monday going 1-for-3 with one run, one RBI and one walk in the Marlins' 6-1 victory over the Nationals. Prado's batting .341 on the season with five RBI and five runs scored.

Fantasy Impact:

For the second straight game, Prado batted second in the Marlins lineup with the struggling Marcell Ozuna moving down to the sixth spot in the batting order. Prado did a little bit of everything on Monday and his value certainly increases if he maintains this spot towards the top of the Marlins lineup. With the speedy Gordon leading off and a solid duo of Yelich and Staton behind him in the lineup, good things could be in store for the steady Prado.
