James Shields goes six innings in loss to the Pirates

James Shields went six innings on Thursday night allowing three runs, all earned, on five hits. He struck out five and walked two in his six innings of work.
Fantasy Impact:
Shields pitched well, but the bullpen fell apart allowing eight runs to score in the 7th to open up the game to an eventual 11-1 loss. The good news here is Shields kept the ball in the park over his six innings as he has become accustomed to being a home run pitcher lately. Look for him to bounce back in his next start.
