Jaime Garcia unable to hold lead against Diamondbacks
by Dan Harris | Tue, Apr 26th 9:24am EDT
Jaime Garcia was unable to hold an early lead against the Diamondbacks on Monday, allowing four runs (three earned) in five-plus innings. He gave up eight hits and three walks, striking out three.
Fantasy Impact:
Disappointing start for Garcia, who battled his command all night. Garcia is still having a solid season with a 3.24 ERA, a 1.16 WHIP, and more than a strikeout per inning, but a lot of that comes from his dominant game against the Brewers a couple of weeks back. Garcia is still a solid low-end starter. His next start will come at home against the Nationals this weekend.
