Another unimpressive outing for Enes Kanter

by Dale Redman | Fri, Oct 31st 12:55pm EDT

Thought to be the future at C for Utah, Enes Kanter has disappointed in his 2 games so far. Against Dallas on Thursday, Kanter had 11 points with only 4 rebounds and 0 blocks. That is on the heals of another unimpressive showing versus Houston were Kanter had 10 points and 5 rebounds.

Fantasy Impact:

Ever since being drafted #3 overall in 2011, the hope was there that Kanter would flash the potential he showed while playing for Kentucky. But in his 3+ years in the NBA, Kanter hasn't shown much to get excited about. While he is still the starting Center for the Jazz, he has only played an average of 21 minutes in the 2 contests this year. If there is a more useful option for you on the waiver wire, I would not think twice about dropping Kanter.
