Mike Conley bounces back against the Timberwolves

by Jack Yu | Timberwolves Correspondent | Mon, Mar 2nd 4:14am EST

After a dreadful performance against the Clippers, Mike Conley bounced back on Saturday with 17 points (5-of-13 from the field, 2-of-5 from beyond the arc), as well as two rebounds, four assists and two steals in 35 minutes of action.

Fantasy Impact:

Mike Conley has been struggling for much of February, averaging a season low 42.1 percent from the field (38.5 percent from threes), as well as 4.5 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.9 turnovers per game. He may still not be over his wrist injury that force him to miss two games at the end of January. But as playoffs approach, owners can only be patient and hope that Conley bounces back in the near future. The Grizzlies will see the Jazz, the Lakers and the Anthony Davis-less Pelicans next week so this friendly schedule may just be what Conley needs.
