Steven Adams posts second consecutive double-double

Steven Adams recorded a double-double on Thursday with 11 points (5-10 FG, 1-1 3PT, 0-1 FT), 11 rebounds, three blocks, two assists, and a steal in a 123-118 road win over the Pelicans.

Fantasy Impact:

Immediately after recording his first double-double in 10 appearances on Tuesday, Adams came out Thursday and did it again. 11 points, 11 rebounds, and three blocks are the numbers we've grown to expect from Adams throughout his career and it seems like he has finally left his slew of injuries behind him. Don't look at his Thursday statline and think that the Thunder are starting to turn the huge center into a stretch-five. His lone three-pointer was a one-handed chuck at he buzzer that happened to go in, not a sign of things to come. The window to acquire Adams as a buy-low candidate may have already closed now that he's averaging 9.4 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 1.2 blocks to start February and recorded consecutive double-doubles for the first time in over a month.
