Mirotic suffered a left quad strain and a swollen left knee in Monday's Game 2 win over the Bucks. He did however avoid a concussion on an elbow from Zaza Pachulia and a scuffle that broke out. (Nick Friedell on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Coach Thibodeau admitted that Mirotic wouldn't play if the Bulls had a game on Tuesday night, but luckily they have until Thursday for him to rest up. He reportedly moved around very gingerly in a team shootaround Tuesday and had his left knee wrapped with ice. He will get treatments 2-3 times a day, but it appears he is very doubtful for Game 3 which means Taj Gibson is in line for big minutes and Pau Gasol will be asked to play more.
