Tobias Harris returning to Magic

Fantasy Impact:
Speculation was that Harris would leave Orlando, but being a restricted free agent means the Magic could match any offer. With the 22-year-old Harris returning to the fold, the Magic have one of the most talented and youngest squad in the NBA.
