Nowitzki scored only 14 points over the past three games so he remains a risky daily option in what is expected to be his final season in the NBA. He's only averaging 5.9 points per game so shy away from him.

Dirk Nowitzki had a solid showing off the bench Friday night against Orlando, finishing with 15 points on 6-for-11 shooting and securing five rebounds as well as an assist.

The days of Dirk being a valuable fantasy commodity are long gone, but he proved Friday night he can still have a solid game now and again. While it is always nice to see the future hall of famer with a good performance he is still little more than a low-upside dart throw in DFS.

Dirk Nowitzki drew another start on Wednesday, this time in front of the hometown crowd. He played 22 minutes while putting up 11 points, five rebounds, and three assists. Nowitzki shot 4-of-10 from the field including 3-of-6 from three-point range during the 110-101 win over the Pacers.

Nowitzki has started the last three games as the Maverick look to send off their legend in style. He has reached double-digit points in all three starts while making at least two three-pointers in each game. Nowitzki could hold a little bit of fantasy value down the stretch.

Dirk Nowitzki struggled with his jumper from the arc on Wednesday going just 2-for-10 in a losing effort against the Heat. Nowitzki finished with 12 points, two boards, and one steal in only 17 minutes.

Nowitzki is averaging just 11.0 minutes per game in 26 games played this season so he's off the fantasy radar. Don't be surprised if he comes up with a magical performance down the stretch for daily owners.
