Ray Allen looking to make a return

ESPN reporter Chris Broussard is reporting that veteran guard Ray Allen is looking to make a return to the NBA. Allen last played in NBA during the 2013-2014 Season for the Miami Heat. Allen is an 18 year veteran, but he hasn’t played 2 seasons. Allen is looking to play for a contender and would consider the Warriors, Cavaliers, Spurs, and Clippers.

Fantasy Impact

At 41 years old, Allen clearly isn’t the player that he once was. However, Allen would present some fantasy value for owners looking for 3-point production.

Ray Allen will sit out this season

Unrestricted free agent Ray Allen announced on Wednesday that he will sit out the remainder of the season.

Fantasy Impact

Contenders like the Cavaliers, Clippers, Grizzlies, and Hawks have asked Allen about his interest and would likely welcome him with open arms if he decided to come back to the NBA. He isn't retiring...yet,
