The biggest issue with Matt Ryan is the total number of TD's he throws as he gets enough yardage, but this should be the year he has healthy WR's and can throw over 35+ TDs with nearly 4,000 yards. Matt Ryan is always a value pick.

This is a big downgrade for Foles in a less than spectacular offense. I would recommend you steer clear of Foles in 2015 as the question marks are just too big. He is a QB to monitor and if can finally find a home he could thrown over 3,000 yards and over 20+ TDs in STL.

Ryan was very solid with 4,694 yards passing and 28 passing touchdowns, but the Falcons have a new coaching staff. They need WR Julio Jones to stay healthy, as this offense could be a disaster without him. The rest of the offense is a combination of unproven players and over-the-hill WR Roddy White.

Matt Ryan closed out 2014 so well for fantasy owners that they may forget the lulls in his scoring. I was hopeful the Falcons could upgrade their O-Line int he draft and free agency, but instead they focused on D. With running game guru Kyle Shanahan calling the shots and an O-Line that's shaky I need Ryan to slip in drafts to take him.

Foles is getting a fresh start in St. Louis and he'll have to prove that he wasn't a product of Chip Kelly's offense. With an improved defense and Todd Gurley in town I expect Foles to not be called on to throw it around too often.

New Kyle Shannahan based offense intends to run more this year. Roddy White on his last legs.

Foles was mediocre with a standout cast before the injury. Steep drop off in receiving talent in STL.

The Falcons had trouble scoring touchdowns last season, but were able to put up plenty of yards as Ryan threw for the fifth most yards in the league. Julio Jones is why it's hard to move Ryan too far down the ranks, but the Falcons as a team are lacking in some key areas, especially the offensive line. But since they also have a weak defense Ryan will need to keep throwing the ball. His ADP is probably a bit high for me this season, but if it drops we know he's going to throw the ball.

I believe the Rams will be a good real football team and have a enough pieces on offense and defense to win some games. Foles will have Brian, Quick, Stedman Bailey, Kenny Britt, Tavon Austin, Tre Mason, Todd Gurley, and Jared Cook at his disposal and even though that litany of names might not impress you, there is some real ability in there. I'm not sold on Foles by any means, but I think he'll have the support to do well if he can.
