Jay Cutler impressing Marc Trestman

Chicago Bears head coach Mark Trestment is extremely impressed with quarterback Jay Cutler's growth this offseason. Trestman told reporters, including Dan Wiederer of the Chicago Tribune, that Cutler is "a very proactive person in terms of inserting himself in all areas of this building to help." (Chicago Tribune)
Fantasy Impact:
Chicago was certainly hoping for some 'growth' coming off Cutler's seven-year, $126-million deal. It's to be determined if this is coach speak or if Cutler is truly ready to take a step forward.
