Jake Locker ready for 2014

Jake Locker appears to be recovering well from his Lisfranc surgery, having participated in all OTA's this offseason, along with the team's minicamp in June. This will be the third OC Locker's played for in four years, but Locker says "I feel very comfortable with where we are." (The Tennessean)
Fantasy Impact:
Entering his contract year, this is really a make or break year for Locker. He'll need to learn Jason Michael's system very quickly to fall under Ken Whisenhunt's good graces. Otherwise, this might be the last year that we see Jake Locker as a starter in the NFL.
