Doug Baldwin a legit number one receiver?

After analyzing Doug Baldwin's 2013 season in it's entirety, Football Outsiders sees a number one receiver in the making. (FootballOutsiders.com)

Fantasy Impact:

With the departure of Golden Tate and the retirement of Sidney Rice, newly extended Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin will step in as a clear starter on the outside from day one of training camp. Baldwin has the ability to create separation at the line of scrimmage and his ball skills are a sight to behold. Defenses will have to account for Percy Harvin every single play, which should open up more opportunities for Baldwin to exploit favorable matchups with his quick first step and route running ability. New offensive weapons and increased chemistry with his quarterback Russell Wilson should result in Baldwin greatly exceeding his current ADP of 140.
