Cruz excited about new pass happy offense

Victor Cruz started watching film of Jerry Rice when he heard about Ben McAdoo being hired as offensive coordinator to install the west coast offense. "It’s definitely a little bit more pass happy than the offense we’ve had in the past, (New York Daily News)

Speaking of the new offense Cruz said, "It’s definitely a little bit more pass happy than the offense we’ve had in the past. Anytime a receiver can get the ball in his hands quicker, it’s beneficial." Cruz is primed for a bounce back year. His goals are lofty ones (100 catches, 1500 yards, 10 tds), but in McAdoo's offense 100 catches is attainable. As a slot guy, Cruz is shaping up to be a nice value pick in the 5th round of drafts.
