Mike Williams starts over Woods

Mike Williams was the starter opposite Sammy Watkins for the Bills in the Hall of Fame game Sunday night. He caught one pass for 11 yards and almost converted an end-zone target. Chris Hogan played in the slot, and Robert Woods came in with the 2s.
Fantasy Impact:
This is a change from the Bills' own depth chart that was released at the start of camp. If Williams remains a starter, he becomes draftable. The tallest of the Biils' top three wideouts was a good bet to score more TDs than Woods anyway.
