Newly acquired running back Donald Brown spoke to the media Tuesday and said that "The hot hand will play" when asked about playing time. (Charges.com)
Fantasy Impact:
If true it looks like San Diego will be a running back by committee situation. This will prove particularly frustrating for fantasy owners as there will be a lot of uncertainty as to who will get enough touches to be relevant. It may be likely that everything will be split evenly between the three, Brown, Ryan Mathews and Danny Woodhead, leaving none of the running backs particularly useful.
