Miami Dolphins first depth chart released

Lamar Miller is listed as the starting tailback for your Miami Dolphins. This makes sense since Coach Philbin did sound happy with Miller’s performance during the inter squad scrimmage for the Dolphins Saturday. When asked about the third year player coach said…“He broke some tackles today…. you are always looking for a running back that can make some yards on his own, it seemed like he did that todayâ€. Also of note, veteran center and ex-Dolphin Samson Satele was signed by Miami over the weekend and will serve as the stop gap until Mike Pouncey is ready to return. (Miami Dolphins website)
Fantasy Impact:
Ask any football coach what the most important position on the field is… they will tell you…center. I really like the signing of Satele who is a consistent and proven player at center. Mike Wallace, Lamar Miller, and Charles Clay’s success are all contingent upon the line meshing quickly so the signing will help. Also, for what it’s worth, John Congemi interviewed Miller Saturday after practice and mentioned that… “You looked like Shady McCoy on a few runs todayâ€.
