49ers sign WR DeAndre Carter

The San Francisco 49ers have signed 23-year-old WR DeAndre Carter to a two-year deal. (San Francisco 49ers)
Fantasy Impact:
Carter was an undrafted free agent in 2015 that was signed by the Ravens. He was waived and later signed/waived by the Raiders and Patriots from 2015-16. The 49ers have holes in multiple places on their roster and the WR position was especially poor after finishing dead last in receiving yards in 2016. Part of the blame could be on the QB, but a WR corps of Torrey Smith, Quinton Patton and Jeremy Kerley isn't scaring anyone.
