Palmer looks sharp in preseason opener

Carson Palmer's day is done after one series during the Cardinals preseason opener against the Texans. He went a perfect 5-for-5 which included a 7-yard touchdown to Larry Fitzgerald. (TD Monk)
Fantasy Impact:
Palmer looked sharp despite the offensive line allowing a sack forcing a third and long situation. He proceeded to throw a 24 yard completion to rookie WR John Brown for a first down and then a 38 yarder to TE Rob Housler before hooking up with Fitzgerald on the touchdown. Palmer projects to be one of the better QB2 options this season.
