Reed impressed Pats during joint practices

During the Patriots-Redskins joint practice sessions, reporter Mike Reiss and Patriots coaches considered Reed to be one of the best offensive players on the field. His big highlight was a great catch on an out route right in between CB Darrelle Revis and S Devin McCourty. (ESPN Boston)
Fantasy Impact:
The only thing keeping Reed from delivering TE1 value this year is his penchant for missing games due to injuries, especially concussions. His concussion history is reminiscent of Austin Collie's and one has to wonder how many more concussions he will have to suffer before his health takes precedence over his career. For now, keep him penciled in as a solid TE1.
