Lynch has "active day"

It seems that the team is going to spare no reps getting their workhorse runner back into game shape. Condotta also stated that Lynch had "dropped some weight" and "had some hard runs". While its a small sample, it seems that after a few weeks of going "couch-mode", Marshawn Lynch is getting back to his "beast-mode" ways.
