Rivers plays one series in Friday's preseason game versus Seattle

Philip Rivers played only one series against the Seattle Seahawks. Rivers was 2-4 for 20 yards against the stingy first team defense as the Chargers lost to Seattle 41-14
Fantasy Impact:
One series doesn't really tell too much. Rivers' two completions were short passes to Donald Brown and to Malcom Floyd. Typically the third preseason game is where the starters play a little more. San Diego will have another tough match-up at San Francisco next Sunday afternoon.
